Job Title: Boilermaker

Hire Resolve, a reputable recruitment agency, is seeking a skilled Boilermaker to join our client’s team of professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating, assembling, and installing boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and other equipment in a variety of settings, including industrial, commercial, and residential sites. The Boilermaker will also be required to read and interpret blueprints, perform welding and metalworking tasks, and ensure all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
– Fabricate, assemble, and install boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, and other equipment according to specifications and blueprints
– Perform metalworking tasks such as cutting, bending, and shaping metal using hand and power tools
– Conduct inspections of completed work to ensure quality and safety standards are met
– Perform welding tasks using various welding techniques
– Maintain tools and equipment in clean and working condition
– Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
– Collaborate with team members and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Recognised Trade Test
– 2 years + experience as a Boilermaker in maintenance, construction and rebuild of trackless machinery
– Good physical strength and stamina
– Excellent problem-solving skills
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
– Willingness to travel to various job sites as needed
