Job Description
Assistant Manager Transactions Services (Corporate Finance) with big 4 Audit firm.
The successful candidate will have a support role to play in the team across a broad range of transactions including acquisitions, disposals, valuations, financing, private equity, valuations, due diligence investigations and working with capital reviews. You will receive exposure with a wide range of clients from global multinationals through to entrepreneurial, owner managed businesses, covering both local and cross border work.
CA (SA) (CFA or studying toward CFA would be advantageous)
