A Pharmaceutical Company seeks an Assistant Accountant to join their team in Johannesburg.
The focus of the Assistant Accountant is to provide administrative support primarily to the Finance Manager as well as the rest of the Finance team. To assist in the volume of transactions of capturing of invoices, preparation of commercial fees
• Minimum 2-3 years of administrative experience.
• Above average Microsoft Office experience required – particularly Excel, Word and Power point.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision and capability to multitask/prioritize.
• Flexible working hours as the need to work overtime may arise
• Highly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment.
• Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically and professionally at all times.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and positive team attitude.
• Ability to work without being interrupted and high concentration levels
