Job Description
Hire Resolve is representing a leading company that seeks an Area HR Leader: Operations to join them.
This fantastic opportunity requires you to ensure that all Human Resources management systems, processes, policies, procedures and employee requirements are in place and aligned to meet the short- and long-term operational demands of the Business Unit. Also manage daily Human Resources activities in a responsible manner, cognizant of applicable legislation and best practices, with the ultimate goal of enhancing capability, thus contributing to overall business effectiveness.
