Job Description
Leading insurance company is looking for an Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist.
The Alternative Dispute Resolution Specialist is responsible for the management of the relationship between the companies and the Long-term Insurance Ombud, the Short-term Insurance Ombud, Statutory Ombud and the FAIS Ombud. The role provides appropriate administrative feedback on all related matters on behalf of the concern. The role extends to the companies business units, brokers and partners.
Qualification(s)
Related business degree
Insurance qualification (INSETA)
5 years of experience in the Insurance Industry
3 years of experience in the same or a similar role
